Les Tréteaux 2010
Les « Tréteaux » (The Boards) is a touring entertainment with an educational aim. It is usually made of a series of sketches and a single-act play. The show's small logistic allows to perform for Francophile and French-speaking organisations who have requested it. « Les Tréteaux » respects the CDF's not-for-profit policy: the only request made to the organisations welcoming the show is a share on transports and administrative expenses.

« Belle Epoque »
In May and June 2010, « Les Tréteaux » were delighted to perform for the French clubs of the Greater London area. The group was glad to present « Belle Epoque », a show made of 2 short plays taken from the French-speaking repertoire.

« Badin », from Georges Courteline :
If lazyness were a behaviour too generally stigmatized without enough concern for its cause?
Enter the implacable world of office life in an administration; Ms. Badin, simple office worker, has not shown up for a fortnight, without explanation. One morning, she re-appears and is summoned by her Line Manager. Remonstrances? Dismissal?...

« Léonie est en avance ou le mal joli », from Georges Feydeau :
Léonie is about to give birth... a little early.
Her parents have chosen this very appropriate moment to settle old scores with Toudoux, their son-in-law, whilst their daughter struggles against a very peculiar midwife...
What did the audience think?

« (...)It was about time I sent you this email to thank you for the excellent and memorable evening that you gave us on Friday [with your 2009 show]. It was very entertaining and I thought the choice of sketches was very good. Some got me thinking... and I am probably not the only one. » - Le Cercle Français de High Wycombe
